We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our Lisbon-based team. We are an ambitious, fast-growing environment where creativity, ownership, and open feedback come together so every team member can shape meaningful work across multiple projects.

About The Role
You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer who will help you structure and prioritize your tasks, and be your go-to person for feedback. Initially, you’ll take over some day-to-day design tasks from her, while also being actively included in larger projects so you can learn, grow, and contribute your own ideas.
We work on several projects and brands. Initially, your main focus will be on a German sleep and lifestyle brand , but over time, you’ll also support other projects.
What You’ll Do
- Designing ads for different channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Creating visuals and layouts for email campaigns
- Basic video editing (for our ads and for our website materials)
- Assisting in and organizing photoshoots & videoshoots
- Supporting the lead designer on UI/UX design tasks
- Building landing pages and helping with overall web-design
- You’re eager to learn, curious, and enjoy trying out new things
- You’re proactive, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- You have a good understanding of design standards and visual quality
- Basic video editing
- Basic understanding of photography
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Prior work experience is a plus, but not required. We primarily look for candidates with a strong portfolio and a strong cultural fit with the team.
- Affinity with photography
- Understanding of German
