Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality of our Compliance suite of products through structured manual testing activities. The role focuses on manual test case creation and execution across Employee Trade Centre, Monetization, Advisor, MAR, and other compliance modules. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product stability and ensuring comprehensive test coverage across UI and API layers.

Experience required:

• 
  

• Proven experience in Manual QA Testing, particularly in complex enterprise applications
  
• Strong background in test case design, test planning, and test execution
  
• Experience testing both UI and API layers
  
• Solid experience with Regression Testing across multiple releases
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with financial services or compliance-related software (preferred)
  
• Experience logging and tracking defects with detailed documentation
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Goals and deliverables:

• Create and maintain a comprehensive Test Plan outlining scope, objectives, and resources for testing
  
• Design detailed test cases and prepare test data to validate features and functionality
  
• Execute manual tests across UI and API layers for critical business workflows
  
• Test compliance modules including Employee Trade Centre, Monetization, Advisor, and MAR
  
• Perform thorough Regression Testing to ensure stability across releases
  
• Log and track defects with clear reproducible steps and impact analysis
  
• Execute tests and share detailed reports of test results with relevant stakeholders
  
• Provide formal QA Signoff for builds based on test outcomes and coverage metrics
  
• Report overall test coverage and progress to support quality assurance goals
