Are you a savvy IT Support Specialist seeking a new challenge in a dynamic team? We want to know more about you!
Tell us about your:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
- experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment;
- experience in macOS and Windows configurations;
- experience in Microsoft 365 e Google Workspace administration and support;
- experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune;
- experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products;
- experience with Microsoft Azure and automation processess (Logic Apps, Scripting PowerShell);
- experience in VPN configuration;
- knowledge of networking and WiFi configuration;
- experience in conferencing technologies is a plus;
- knowledge about ITIL
- ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
- ability to communicate in English and Portuguese
- availability to work fully on-site - Carnaxide and Lisbon (Saldanhda). Driver’s license is a plus.
