The Bank's business focuses on providing a range of savings, investment, and advisory services for both private and institutional clients.

Corporate Finance

Within its Investment Banking division, the Bank offers financial advisory services in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets transactions to corporations and entrepreneurs in Portugal and Spain. The Bank focuses on a mid-market segment, across all industries, and with particular emphasis on cross-border opportunities.

In the context of its growth strategy, the Bank intends to recruit an Analyst for the Corporate Finance team based in Lisbon.

💼 Job Description

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing new business and executing mandates by performing the following functions:

• Participating in new business initiatives, including preparing pitchbooks and proposals to companies and international investors;
• Preparing and participating in commercial activity, such as prospecting, commercial contacts and meetings with clients and potential clients;
• Executing M&A and capital markets deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring;
• Creating, reviewing and perfecting different company presentations materials, such as Teasers, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, etc.
  
  

Requisitos mínimos

🎯The ideal candidate should present the following skills and experience:

• Masters in Finance, Management or equivalent;
• Previous experience in investment banking, M&A or consulting will be valued;
• Analytical, communication, teamwork and entrepreneurial skills;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Fluency in Spanish will be valued;
