We are looking for a Platform Owner - Core de Cartões to integrate the team of our client CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, a company specialized in the financial sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Contribute to the functional ownership of the core card platform;
- Analyze and structure business requirements for new developments;
- Analyze and structure Visa and SIBS mandates for new developments;
- Ensure alignment between functional design, technical implementation, and operational impact;
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., development, Operations, Solutions, Risk, Finance) and external partners;
- Actively participate in UAT, functional validation, and go-live phases;
- Contribute to the modernization and competitiveness of card offerings.
What is required from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics or similar;
- At least 04 years of experience as a Platform Owner, especially in Financial Institutions;
- Knowledge of the card issuing ecosystem (Issuing & Personalization; Authorization; Clearing & Settlement; Brand Mandates and Rules; Post-Issuance Operations);
- Mandatory experience in payment systems processing with SIBS and VISA;
- Functional knowledge of APIs (REST (JSON) and file-based interfaces);
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Analytical skills, data interpretation, and problem-solving aptitude;
- Autonomous profile, delivery, and quality-oriented;
- Critical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in teams and develop interpersonal relationships;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge in Spanish will also be valued.
