Job Description
Teach For Portugal (TFP), part of the global Teach For All network, works to ensure that all children have access to an education that unlocks their full potential.
As a TFP Professional, you will join, for 2 years, an educational community in a context of vulnerability, supporting the school community and developing projects that respond to local needs, contributing to a future with greater opportunities for all students.
What do we offer?
- A 2-year paid Leadership Development Program (training-based and professional);
- A full-time commitment for 22 months;
- +300 hours of training, including 4 weeks of initial and intensive residential training (theoretical and practical);
- Individualized pedagogical and leadership support from a pedagogical tutor;
- Internal and external job shadowing: opportunity to explore other contexts related to education or social impact during the summer between the two years of the program;
- Career guidance;
- Benefits policy (according to the organization’s protocols);
- Real and direct impact inside and outside the classroom.
This Program is for you if:
- You demonstrate these 5 competencies: Alignment with TFP’s mission and vision; Growth Mindset; Collaboration; Drive for Change; Emotional Intelligence.
- You will have completed a bachelor’s degree by September 2026;
- You have geographic flexibility for the areas where we are recruiting;
- You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English;
- You aim to contribute to Education, Social Economy, Public Policy, or related fields through your long-term career.
