What you’ll do:
- Lead commercial growth by deeply understanding market trends, competitors, and consumer needs in Iberia (Portugal & Spain).
- Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing campaigns—including influencer activations, product launches, and retail strategies.
- Oversee forecasting and work with budgets, demand planning, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with media, creative, PR, and retail partners to deliver impactful, localized campaigns.
- Use market data to identify business risks, spot new opportunities, and feed critical insights into our plans.
- Ensure all campaign assets are tailored for local relevance, legal compliance, and brand standards.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to deliver seamless execution, always keeping communication clear and timely.
About you:
- 3+ years’ hands-on marketing experience, including product launches and brand building.
- Confident communicator—comfortable engaging teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled at working with data, budgets, and analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Proactive, collaborative, and keen to innovate.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
