Profile description:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field;
- Solid professional experience in network operations or infrastructure security roles;
- Proven expertise in firewall management (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point);
- Hands-on experience with network security protocols and technologies (VPN, IPSec, NAT, ACLs, etc.);
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF);
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Jira, ServiceNow);
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents efficiently;
- Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation is a plus;
- Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE4/NSE5, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, Cisco CCNA Security/CCNP Security, or CompTIA Security+ are highly valued;
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in a high-demand operational environment;
- Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus;
- Good command of English;
- French language skills are a plus.
Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
