What is this challenge about:
- Join a Digital Workplace & Services team within Security & Operations
- Design and govern automation and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot AI
- Define platform governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Implement and evolve the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit
- Support ALM processes and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
- Mentor Citizen Developers and promote best practices across the organization

What we are looking for
- Mid-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code + Pro-Code approach)
- Experience with Copilot AI integrations
- Solid knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL
- Good understanding of JSON, APIs, programming logic, and variables
- Experience with governance, DLP policies, and environment management
- Creative mindset with strong autonomy and critical thinking
- Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
- Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto
- Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
