What is this challenge about:
- Define and drive the technical vision aligned with business and modern architecture principles
- Lead architectural decisions across .NET, modular monoliths, and microservices
- Design scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions
- Promote modern engineering practices, DevOps culture and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure strong observability, monitoring and quality standards
- Act as a technical reference , supporting innovation and cross-team collaboration

What we are looking for
- 5+ years experience with .NET and complex application development
- Strong background in modular monolith and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Kafka, Apigee, Solace)
- Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with unit and E2E testing and automation
- Strong analytical skills and autonomy
- Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
- Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Lisbon or Porto.
- Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
