Internship Description
We are seeking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Intern to join our company for a curricular internship.
The intern is expected to actively contribute to Bloom Consulting Portugal’s marketing and communication efforts, working directly with leadership and the local team to support business growth within the Portuguese market.
Your tasks may include the following:
· Managing and creating content for Bloom Consulting Portugal's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X).
· Supporting email marketing campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
· Collaborating with the team to develop marketing materials and strategies tailored to the Portuguese market.
· Copywriting, translating from English to Portuguese, and proofreading texts in Portuguese for Bloom Consulting Portugal’s social media, blog, website, press releases, research, client project materials/presentations etc.
· Assisting with admin tasks to support internal operations.
· Being a part of the team by discussing ideas and actively participating in various projects if needed (research, clients etc).

What you will need to succeed
Key qualifications:
· Bachelor or master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
· Enrolled in a university and being able to do a "curricular internship" (e.g., Erasmus +, "Estágio Curricular”).
· Native Portuguese speaker with an advanced command of the English language.
· Professional attitude, accountability, enthusiasm, and willingness to work hard.
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Previous experience may be a plus, but it is not mandatory.
Requirements:
· The general requirement for all interns is to have a university-internship agreement with Bloom Consulting (an agreement provided by your university or an internship program such as Erasmus+).
· Valid residency/health insurance in Portugal for the entire internship duration.
· The minimum duration of the internship is 3 months.
