Working Hours
Initial phase (12-hour coverage):
- Monday to Sunday
- Shifts:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
- 2 rotating days off
- 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)
As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist , you will support Arabic-speaking advertisers by providing assistance related to digital marketing campaigns and online advertising solutions. This role combines customer support with digital marketing knowledge , focusing on paid campaigns and advertiser success.
Responsibilities
- Support advertisers with paid digital marketing campaigns
- Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance
- Handle client inquiries via multiple channels
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a service-oriented mindset
- Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing tasks independently
- Fluent Arabic (Egypt / Jordan / UAE) + English
- Mandatory experience with paid campaign management
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing
- Background in a Contact Center or service program for an Advertising Tech company
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
- Salary: €985 x 14 payments (gross)
- Complexity Bonus: €80 x 11 months
