You will thrive and enjoy this role if you are ready to actively take on the following responsibilities:

Support Sephora’s social media strategy, managing, optimizing, and scaling Sephora’s presence across social platforms. Through an editorial calendar, collaborations, events, as well as active Community Management: analysis and listening to the fan community.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the design of the social media content strategy
  • Plan, execute, and schedule the content calendar across different social media platforms
  • Community Management: active listening and monitoring of the fan community
  • Propose special actions with brands or influencers
  • Manage the different tools used to optimize the tracking or execution of social media strategies
  • Manage the relationship with the creative agency: briefing, follow-up on proposals, and execution of creative assets
  • Manage Sephora’s monthly reports and coordinate with central teams
  • Support and assist in the influencer and events strategy in coordination with the Communication and Public Relations department

  • Analytical skills
  • Creativity and communication skills, creative and aesthetic thinking. Sensitivity to the world of cosmetics
  • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset
  • Organizational skills: ability to prioritize
  • Trend scouting, knowledge of the beauty industry

Tools

  • Content Management: Emplify, Radarly, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
  • Analytics: reporting
  • Microsoft Office, Photoshop, video editing apps
  • Organizational tools: Trello

LOCATION:

  • Lisbon
  • Availability to travel once a month, for a one-week stay in Madrid.

Experience

  • 2 years in a similar role (ideally within Retail, beauty or fashion brands)

Languages

  • Native Portuguese, high level of English and Spanish
