Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Banking) to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry. You will join an international and diverse team. (Lisbon- Hybrid)
What you will do:
In a close and strong collaboration within the project team, the Business Analyst Team operates in order to:
- Ensure the projects of the roll-out of the One Financial System (OFS), in line with the global strategy of the Finance function;
- Design, develop and implement the financial interfaces between the operating systems of Businesses and the Finance systems;
- Ensure the implementation of the remediation plans applicable to financial interfaces.
So, a Business Analyst handles the functional solutions of financial interfaces, that feed the main reporting streams (financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk).
What you are like:
- Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus;
- Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products ;
- Knowledge of financial Information Systems;
- Proficiency of project management tools and methodologies;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
