About the job
The purpose of the Business Analyst is to be responsible for the functional and technical design.
Our ideal candidate for this role should have professional background on different types of projects (business, regulatory, operational efficiency, IT transformation, technical).

We will rely on you to:
- Be responsible to talk with different stakeholders to gather requirements;
- Validate feature requests;
- Define user adoptions strategy;
- Design the functional solution, keeping with current regulations and applicable standards (architecture, security, reliability, ...);
- Prioritize work based on customer requirements and developer feedback;
- Respect specifications, deadlines and project reporting.
What we're looking for:
- +2 years of experience as Business Analyst;
- Solid knowledge of business and strategy;
- Experience in developing technical and functional requirements with knowledge of QA best practices;
- Ability to analyze and build reports;
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
