Role Overview:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to integrate our teams in one of our clients. You will have the opportunity to integrate projects in a financial group rooted in local communities, with solidity, trust, proximity and modernity, equipped with a range of solutions, products and services capable of satisfying all the financial and protection needs of families, businesses and companies.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for training the team members in adopting the Scrum methodology, work within deadlines and budgets and ensure that all Scrum members are aware of these issues, ensure that distractions and interruptions are kept to a minimum, so that the team works in the most effective way possible.
What you are like:
- Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Experience in project management in the banking sector is valued;
- Experience in agile methodologies;
- Experience as a Project Manager is valued;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
