Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
As a Senior Engineer Facility Security - Real Estate, you will act as a subject matter expert on physical security, providing consultancy and ensuring the integration of security measures to protect the company's assets and personnel.
- Provide consultancy on physical security concepts, access control, on-site security, and reception services at global locations
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects by contributing expertise on physical security topics
- Develop and implement technical security concepts tailored to specific site risks and needs
- Support the creation of global security standards and documentation for physical security processes
- Assist in external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as GSMA, Common Criteria, C-TPAT, and TSAX
- Evaluate new security systems and technology in collaboration with IT and Cybersecurity teams to stay updated on market trends
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You are a highly motivated professional with a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities. You engage easily with various stakeholders and are eager to share knowledge while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Degree in Security Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration , or in a similar field of studies
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, technologies, and compliance requirements , including hardware, software, and audit standards
- Knowledge of badge management, access, surveillance and intrusion security systems (such as WinGuard, Lenel, Siport, Honeywell, and others), would be an advantage
- Experience in technical writing and communication of technical details to various audience groups
- Vision for innovation and continuous improvement in developing scalable, future-oriented security concept
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
