Join an on-site Marketing Customer Support team in Lisbon and work closely with advertisers using online advertising solutions.
- Relocation is possible only for candidates who already hold a valid Portuguese/EU work permit.*
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 29 January 2026
Working Hours
Initial phase:
- Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
- 2 shifts:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
- 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday)
- 2 rotating days off
- Base salary: €985 gross / month (14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: €80 / month (11 months)
Provide B2B customer support to advertisers , focusing on paid campaigns and digital advertising products, while ensuring high service quality and advertiser satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Arabic: Fluent (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE market)
- English: Good working proficiency
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics
- Customer service–oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit required (relocation considered only for legally eligible candidates)
