What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar support or systems analyst roles
- Strong functional proximity and experience in the banking sector, particularly in support and incident-resolution contexts
- Solid knowledge of Leasing and Credit concepts (B2B)
- Mandatory functional and technical knowledge of Ekip N6 and Ekip 360 (Linedata)
- Technical skills in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and Linux
- Experience in monitoring activities and production support
- Knowledge of testing practices and incident-management processes
- Understanding of Case Management / BPM concepts
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with Office tools and ServiceNow
- Understanding of EKIP or Cassiopae architecture and its integrations (EAI, ESB, APIs)
- Excellent soft skills, rigor, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Languages: French (B2 minimum) and English (B2 minimum)
