🔎 We are looking for a Business Analyst - Finance Projects.
Main Tasks:
- Analyze, gather, and document detailed business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between IT and Operations teams.
- Manage and engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and expectation setting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor project progress and performance.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
Main Skills & Requirements:
- Solid understanding of financial products and markets.
- Experience with financial software platforms , such as Summit, Murex, Bloomberg, etc.
- Knowledge or experience in finance areas such as pricing, audit, tax, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL (Power BI is a plus).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
📍 Hybrid Role in Lisbon or Porto .
