We are looking for our next IT Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus;
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role;
- In-depth understanding of business processes and principles;
- Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques;
- Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence;
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting;
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;
- Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements;
- Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases;
- Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes;
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation;
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases;
- Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Fluent in English.
