Role Overview:
We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team and support strategic projects focused on cloud architecture, migration, and optimisation. This role involves designing and implementing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions for enterprise clients, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
What you will do:
- Design and implement cloud architectures using AWS and Microsoft Azure services;
- Lead cloud migration projects and ensure compliance with security and governance standards;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored cloud solutions;
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation;
- Apply FinOps principles to optimise cloud costs and ensure financial accountability;
- Support identity and access management (IAM) and cloud security initiatives;
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge repositories for scalable service delivery.
What you are like:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Proficient in cloud architecture with deep expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure;
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and IAM;
- Hands-on experience with VMware platforms and leading migration projects;
- Familiar with FinOps principles and cost optimisation strategies;
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code and DevOps tools;
- Strong documentation and knowledge management habits.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
