What is this challenge about:
- Gathering and analysis of functional requirements;
- Translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Supporting development teams and performing functional validation of solutions;
- Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems;
- Define the future state and/or appropriate business solutions;
- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and system designs;
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making;
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation;
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions;
- Support and guide the team to ensure effective performance;
- Provide and implement solutions to problems within the immediate team and across other teams.
What we are looking for
- +2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Knowledge of banking processes and/or consumer credit solutions;
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent tools);
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills;
- Experience managing several stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
