We are looking for an Amazing: Business Manager
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:
- Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, IT, Human Resources;
- Management or similar areas;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related area;
- Strong commercial skills and strong orientation to results;
- Good understanding of business issues and customer expectations;
- Good communication skills, autonomy and proactivity;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- People-oriented mindset;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership;
- Decisive leader willing to take risks and think creatively;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese mandatory ;
- A good KCS profile is someone who likes a good challenge and has a constant desire to sign new contracts;
- Candidates must be in Portugal and willing to go to the office in Oporto 4 times a week.
