We're looking for a Business Analyst to work with one of our teams!
You'll be responsible for collaborating with our global clients to understand their business needs and challenges. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are well defined and met.
Responsibilities:
Review User Stories: Analyze and review user stories provided by the Product Owner to ensure they meet client requirements and product expectations.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Conduct deep dive sessions with client subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations regarding user stories.
Mapping Workflows: Identify and map workflows, dependencies, and interactions between different components of the digital product to ensure a clear understanding of the processes involved.
Understanding Financial Regulatory Frameworks: Study and understand financial regulatory frameworks and their impact on digital products, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Identifying Dependencies: Map any dependencies that may affect the development and implementation of the digital product, ensuring that all aspects are considered.
Detailed Analysis: Understand the finer details that may influence the digital product, providing insights that assist in strategic decision-making.
Technical Profile and Financial Services Experience: Ideally, candidates should possess a slightly more technical background and experience in financial services or be comfortable working in regulated industries.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Knowledge of project management and data analysis tools are a plus
