Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by cutting-edge technology and high-performance teams.
What you will do:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimizations.
- Provide end-user support for business applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
- Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
- Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
What you are like:
- Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of techniques for preparing User Stories will be valued;
- Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English is required.
