What is this challenge about
• Analyze the organization and design its business processes and systems;
• Evaluate the business model and its integration with technology;
• Assess the current state (AS-IS), identify customer and stakeholder requirements, and define the future state (TO-BE) and/or business solutions;
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with the team to ensure effective performance;
• Work across multiple teams to support and contribute to strategic decision-making.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and ensuring alignment among stakeholders;
• Strong ability to produce detailed documentation, including business process models and system designs;
• Experience using data analysis techniques to identify trends and support decision-making;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions;
• Intermediate proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM) ;
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
