What is this challenge about
• Design and implement LLM-based solutions (chatbots, summarization, intelligent assistants);
• Integrate GenAI models into existing platforms via APIs and microservices;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions;
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards;
• Evaluate LLMs and continuously improve performance and prompts.
Does it sound exciting?
What we are looking for
• 3+ years’ experience in ML, NLP, or AI development;
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow;
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.);
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred);
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures;
• Understanding of data governance in regulated environments;
• Strong communication skills and English fluency,
• Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or financial services (valued).
